How do i know if i own a disorder?

I have to do a ritual before i do definite things. if i touch something i have to keep touching it over and over again until it feel right, for instance, i have an ipod and when i push any of the buttons i have to push them over and over again, sometimes i do it over 10 times surrounded by a row. i can never go to the puppy store n touch one dog without touching every other one.i own so many more other problems i cant even list them. these arent a moment ago things i feel i need to do, i own to do them otherwise i go crazy and it bothers the crap outta me!
