How do I return with rid of acne on my pay for?

I have the worst acne on my back, it's the common sense i dont wanna take off my shirt, ever. I be going to, i keep having breakouts on my rear legs, and it's irritating and annoying, plus it scars. Why am I getting back acne? I drink lots of marine, and shower regularly. How do I get rid of the acne on my back? Don't recommend creams, im on a budget as it is already (saving money up for saloon, but that's off topic...), so, how do i get rid of this rear legs acne> most of it is blackheads, which makes it harder to remove. Help PLZ!

"Bacne" sucks. Have you be to see your local GP or dermatologist? As it sounds like you have severe acne, and you can be prescribed acne medication for that kind of thing, such as accutane - the atom bomb of adjectives acne medications.

Try not to wear cotton and tight fitting clothes, this will just effect friction.

Wash after sport or sweat inducing activities.

The blackheads, which seem to be your key problem, are a little harder to get rid of as they're within such an awkward place, but if you can find a friend willing enough, they could relieve. Here is an effective method;

1. Steam your face over a bowl of hot sea for 5-10 minutes, this will open up your pores and soften the blackheads contained by preparation for squeezing them out.
2. Wrap some tissue around your fingers and GENTLY squeeze the area just around the blackhead, try and get hold of under the blackhead to push it out.
3. Once the blackhead has be squeezed out, wash your face beside cold water, this is to close up the pore.
4. To finish off, apply some tea tree cream which is available from most chemists.
