How do you gain rid of blackheads?

I have them not on my nose but on the areas on my cheeks around my snout. They have been in that for about like 2 years in a minute and the pore is really small! It looks really bad what do I do?

You should try getting a micro dermabrasion done, i intuitively use them to shrink my pores, and it sure has helped abundantly, if you don't know what it is. it's a sort of vacumm machine that suks out the pores and any dead skin cell.
