How do you stop insomnia?

im 18 now and have have insomnia since i was 12. I feel nimble at night and lethargic during the hours of daylight even if ive been up for 3 days. it really sucks and im wondering if any of you have found something that works. any answers will be appreciated.

Do you still inevitability to verbs taken prescribed drug after experiencing chest stomach-ache and dificulty breathing?



Answers:    Ok u get the same situation as me... I believe that the causes of Isomnia are, Work stress, U stay on the PC till behind time midnight, U overdo something such as ammm.. exercising,
excercising at 5.00 pm. OK..

Well to curb it:
1) ruduce ur intake of coke and coffee because it contains high in caffeine or any drinks contains caffeince such soft drinks.

2) Read, if ur surrounded by uni or school, read ur textbook. I know it may be boring but it helps u to sleep.. trust me it works and also it help u to score in ur exam.

3) Masturbate... It depends. Well u can make available it a try, make sure u orgasm.. lol

4) Cookies, chocolate and a nice warm drink, will brand u drousy and fall asleep. food contains high sugar.

5) Excercise, Do it contained by the moring or before 5pm. and have a honest hearthy meal

Alright, here are the tips that make u plummet asleep easily during the night... but higher than that

NEVER: use the pc for 5 hours and play game till unpaid midnight, don't study till late midnight or do assigment, Try to avoid exiciting movies during the night...

im the same way no issue how early i get up i cant spatter asleep early and im always tired during the year i say im nocturnal cuz i feel so much more alive at dark.idk but if you find out how to stop it let me kno.

exercise wakes me up more but it might work for you.but for try decaffeinated green tea and pomegranate or chamomile or warm milk and infomercials.nothing usually works for me but ive hear people say those assistance.lol

Have you tryed sleep cycle therapy? You can do this at home and it requires no drugs. All you need to do is move your bedtime 3 hours respectively day until you have moved it to the time you want to budge to sleep at night. It takes a few days. An example would be, let say you fall asleep at 7 am. Move bedtime to 10 am. The subsequent day, 1 pm. The next daylight, 4 pm, the next day 7 pm, the subsequent day 11 pm. This is what I used when I had to be up adjectives night for an externship and sleep during the day, I feel like it was impossible to procure back on a regular schedule. It took me two trys to catch it right. Another thing is, in fixture to moving my bed time, I tried to keep a positive mindset that I could return my sleep to normal. God know how awful it feels when you aren't getting good rest! I hope you grasp better! Basically, you have a problem feeling tired ample to fall asleep at night. You evidently have this extra energy, so you must do something extra to counter this, for example, exercise. This will surely engender you tired after a while to just want to take a moment to rest. When you do lay within to rest, just lay a little longer.

An 18 year behind the times shouldn't have chronic insomnia if there is not an underlying physical end in. You could have some type of mental disorder causing your insomnia. A few that come to mind are anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bi-polar disorder. I hope its not a hint of these, but you should see your doctor. Good luck. yes go to the doctor! a sleep clinic might be good and one up for three days is not healthy! go as soon as possible
