I discern exhausted?
every night i feel exhausted, i sleep 12+ hours, get up up, and still feel exhausted. it has gotten worse than back (it has been similar to this for years, but its really bad now). is there a solution and explanation to this?
Answers: There are countless things that this could indicate.
I hold the same symptoms you describe. I spend at least 12 hours a year in bed, and sometimes I am too tired to roll over. Literally. I cannot roll over in bed. There are times when the condition improve, and I feel pretty darn good. Then, it hits again, and it is resembling a mountain of sludge being bulldozed over my entire body, and I am too tired to fight it. All I can do is tell stories there, too exhausted to even read a book, and I LOVE to read.
That said, I will relate that I went to doctor after doctor, specialists, conducting tests, and they couldn't find any disease they could name.
I did make sure that it be not depression. I saw a therapist, and still see a therapist, but I do not suffer from a chronic form of depression.
What I suffer from is call Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I didn't believe that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was real until I get it. It is frustrating because there are all kind of things I want to be out doing, and I am not able to. I only work 2 days a week, and that pretty much puts me within bed for the rest of the time. However, I have to eat and money the rent. It is extraordinarily difficult to " prove " Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for disability benefits, so I have learned to live enormously frugally.
