I own this bump at the bottom of my rib coop..what is it?

I don't know what it is. You should probably go to a doctor. I can however bring up to date you that your liver and gallbladder are on the bottom right side of your rib cage and your stomach and spleen are at the bottom left of your rib enclose. Maybe that'll narrow it down anyway.
