Answers:    Give yourself a pep talk and close your eyes. Also tell the doctor not to bequeath you a warning before you find the shot. When your eyes are closed she will put it in you...that way you wont see it.

Make sure you dont look at it. It isnt the pain that will bother you, its merely the working yourself up. Nobody likes needles, but it doesnt hurt and only later a secound. Try to relax and dont get to over worked about it. :) Don't survey it. What I do is look the other way and stare at something else in the room. It never really hurts any and I am always surprised. The more you get shots contained by life the easier it will be.
