At 15 your likelihood of having breast cancer are almost zero.
It's first and foremost a disease of ageing - 80% of people diagnosed with it are over 50; women within their 20s and 30s with breast cancer are considered young to enjoy it and account for only a deeply small percentage of those diagnosed.
It is EXTREMELY unusual in teenagers - really, beyond rare.
Most breast lumps, even surrounded by women over 50, are not cancerous.
Your breasts are still growing and developing and what you are experiencing is almost certainly hormonal. The 'dots' on your nipple are completely normal
Talk to your mother going on for this; if you feel you can't do that, talk to your institution nurse - don't be embarrassed, she will be used to such concerns and will take you seriously. She should know how to reassure you.
Edit* someone has suggested you might have a mammogram; you won't. No doctor will writ a mammogram on someone your age - young women's breast tissue is too dense for a mammogram to be an effective diagnostic tool

Nothings changed, even after the doctors said that after I had kids it would even them out. I don't think you hold to worry about the size. It's equal for all women. Some are just more conspicuous than others. The pain is natural when you're growing. That's why they telephone them Growing Pains. As far as the lumps, have you talked to your mother? You involve to tell her that you think you get the impression some lumps in your breast and you'd like to dance see a doctor to be sure. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your mother around that stuff, just tell her you'd similar to to go see a doctor. They usually don't let youthful women go see a GYN until they're sexually active. But you can ask her to build you an appointment.
