Light pink rash here close to lil dots does anybody know what they are ?

hello i wanna know if anybody knows what these pink light rash that i get on my chest and back ...but not on my nouns or face.i get these every resembling 3 months they come and go...there smooth they dont itch or nuthing but .they obtain me worried can anybody answer me asap thank you
