More Blood Sugar Problems...Any Help?

I've posted a question before going on for my sugar levels, but I'm having more problems presently. I had four hours of intense dancing exercise today. I checked my sugar at the middle of the day, about 3 hours after breakfast (peanut butter on wheat pita - for protein), and it was 100. Now, a commonplace level for 8 hour fasting is 70-99. After 20 minutes after intake lunch (turkey sandwich with apple sauce and water), it was 105. I checked again at 3 o'clock, because by the ultimate half hour of my dancing, I have had a decline in dash, my legs and hands were shaking, and I couldn't block my breath because my heart was beating. When I checked, it be 84. My research says that it should have be closer to 130 or so. Answers:    excercise can bring your sugar levels down drastically and quickly. If you plan on doing that much physical flurry you might need to eat in recent times a little more. like possibly a snack around 2 if you ate lunch at noon.
