Mosaic Turner Syndrome?

I am 14 years old and curious about this. I know that if someone have Mosaic Turner Syndrome, they are missing the X chromosome in some of there cell. So, here is my question. Would you be able to see if someone have Mosaic Turner Syndrome by looking at a karyotype?

Please aid! Urgent cancer cross-question?

Answers:    Yes, because a karyotype looks at the DNA from more than one cell, so it should allow you to see if some cells had two X chromosomes and some have only one. However, a karyotype uses a fairly small indication of cells, so it is possible that the karyotype won't be a completely accurate representation of what the actual proportion of affected cell is within the body.

Is hose a prescription?
