One of my (guy) friends have throbbing surrounded by testicles and kidney...?

He said that he has had a lump contained by testicles for about two years or so but recently he said that contained by the morning he feels like someone have grabbed and squeezed his testicles and that he has spasm in his kidneys too. He's getting tested... but does this sound similar to anything you are familiar with?

Even if he is within the process of getting tested,I would seriously consider a second opinion.Not to be a Job's comforter but a friend was self treated for constipation for 3 weeks with tablets,he collapsed in the doctors and rushed into A+E. beside bowel cancer.Kidney stones were like a pitch fork through my full body,very pain full and come on suddenly.Another friend had a cist,easily treated once diagnosed correctly surrounded by his case.You can never be too sure with your vigour and no professional should object to a polite request for a second opinion.The verbs can be equally as damaging.Both of these friends are now powerfully. I have the same problem I contemplate it is from my mother beating my testicles with a planet... get him to the ER.
