Pain In the rib coop when i get through?

When ever i swallow something i get this "clinching" pain surrounded by rib cage like something is tightening up. It make me worry what could it be?

Acne/Pimples?


Answers:    this can be many things.

one entity it can be is gallstones if it is on your right hand side. my mum and nan have both have this. it is a result of eating high solid foods.
