Poison Ivy Question?

Yes, it came to my attention 3 days ago that I do indeed have poison ivy. The strange thing is, I think I might be extremely allergic to it presently! The rash is all over my forearm, but this time in that are lots of yellow nasty lesion randomly throughout the rash. Not to gross anyone out, but there's yellowish gooey also coming out of them. I've been good, and haven't scratched at adjectives though. Now that it's been 3 days, is it going to start getting better? How long does it typically final? Any good home remedies or cures you can recommend? Lastly, should I maybe run to a doctor to have it checked out/ get prescribed steroids to clear it up?

Answers:    I use to draw from it all over my body. I would run sap like a tree. One year the doctor give me a shot of ivy extract and every spring for about 7 years. It would protect me for about 1 year . Now I am smaller quantity susceptible to it now. Thank God.

Poison ivy - or poison oak - total misery!! I feel for you, I'm super sensitive to it, all I own to do is be downwind of the damned stuff and I catch it...that feeling close to your BONES itch...in my experience, it's going to be a good couple of weeks beforehand you really start to feel better - the doc may be able to grant you a shot or pills for it, and there are topical meds that help dry up the weeping unwary, but all in adjectives you're just gonna suffer for awhile. Hopefully you remember where you picked it up - and stay away from in attendance! There are several good over-the-counter poison ivy medications. One features "Calagel" comes with a special soap "tecnu" to remove the poison ivy or poison oak oils that can spread the imprudent.

yes once i got poison ivey all over my body. even down low. run to the doctors they will give your a percription for some steroid it really helps.
