Rash from bandaid!??!?

i got a scar on my elbow from sliding down a slide{slid burn}. i fell and the deformity peeled;bleeding,i put a bandaid on it. where the sticky chunk was,underneath was itching. and presently there a light colored unthinking,kinda bumps.

why?
it never happened before.
