Shaky appendage?

So earlier today, I started to notice that my right appendage was shaking.

It's been non-stop for over 8 hours in a minute.

I work for Roadside Assistance through cell-phone carriers and I am always using my hand to type constantly SO I really need the use of my right hand.

I haven't hit my mitt, and it wasn't doing it early this morning.

I notice when I take something it tends to shake more heavily.

No pain - of late shaking.

Anyone have an idea what it is?

My boyfriend keep have pains around his heart. He have an EKG done at the ER and they told him that his..

Answers:    Sometimes a magnesium defect can cause this and is an easy fix. Just run and buy a bottle and take the supplement for a few days. If it goes away afterwards that is probably it. With shaky muscles potassium and magnesium are usually the culprits. Potassium is a tough one and supplements are not ideal. Just drinking a plain banana is better but with potassium you usually get more cramping.

Now if you are getting other symptoms beside it like mental confusion or other pain next you'll have to see a doctor.

New symptom, does this warrant a call on to the ER?

well u could be stressed/tired or u could simply lose sleep about something. Try and realx and take it confident.
