Shoulder/Back Acne..severe/not severe?

Have this problem?

If so, what do you do for it?
I've tried both store-bought
and prescribed washes/meds.
No luck.

Answers:    well if you wear a lot of cistern tops and you have long hair this may be contributing to the acne because the oil from your hair are rubbing on your skin just addeing to the problem try wearing your tresses up and keep the area verbs using acne washes that arn't too harsh also try lay in the sun for about 10-15 minutes this will serve it dry up but don't stay out too long cuz then you might get a sunburn

It sucks and i have tried everything from dermo-doctors to proactive.

I just hold my long hair cover my back :)
