The two very adjectives skin cancers are called "basal cell carcinoma" (the most adjectives type) and "squamous cell carcinoma." Although Lupus (lupus erythematosus) can produce a butterfly shaped rash over the nose and cheeks, it is nothing cancer. AIDS is not related to skin cancers.
Both basal cell and squamous cell cancers are usually found on the pave the way and hands as a result of long exposure to sun which starts as a child. They can both be cured when treated early and properly by a skin doctor or physician next to experience. There are different types of treatment. Left alone, both will continue to grow and destroy surrounding skin. It is best to receive treatment as soon as you can since there can be several skin cancers at matching time in different places.

My hips arn't fused i guess?

I've had skin cancer, but it is VERY few and far between for a black man to have it. Read up on psyorisis. That is a skin condition that doesn't heal. It's markedly common and has no other side effects. I'll bet that's what he have. The only way you'll know for sure is if he go to see a doctor. if it makes you feel better - it take a VERY long time to get sick from skin cancer. Many many years. Skin cancer can surface to anyone. While it's more likely in pale-skinned individuals who have been out surrounded by the sun, it can also happen to darker skinned ethnic group. It also depends what kind he has. A lot depends on how much sun exposure he have as a child.

It sounds like his mother had Lupis? Lupis is not a skin cancer--it is an auto-immune disease, contained by which your body's own immune system attacks itself. Most people who have it are women, but men can enjoy it, too. You'll know more how to act and react once he is diagnosed beside whatever is wrong with him.
