SOMETHING is wrong near my lungs, I'm freakin paranoid, I inevitability facilitate so I can stop worrying and be paid it worse!
Ok, since about the middle of 7th grade (i'm going to be contained by 12th grade now) I've had some sort of breathing problem. I don't own an extreme shortness of breath after exercise, in fact that doesnt even irritate it. I a short time ago feel like I can't breathe properly. Everytime I do one of those stupid peakflow things, its never where on earth it needs to be, its not bad but its not honourable. Allergies and asthma have been ruled out, zilch odd has showed up on X-rays (last one be in March).
I've had 2 times where on earth I had extreme pain adjectives over my chest (its been 4 years), and of course when I win upset the problem worsens.
I've been doing some acupuncture and the only entity that is off is my lungs. I mention that I've never be quite normal on the peakflow but I don't own asthma (I think when I was younger it still wasnt unflawed, but it was not as bad as it is). I be thinking it was stress related, its somewhat like that "tart reflux" I had for a few years that went away, and they couldnt find the explanation.
Answers: I think it sounds like you are have panic or anxiety attacks. These attacks can cause chest agony and shortness of breath. You may want to consider counseling. You need to address the issues that are causing you to be troubled.
You may have an allergy to something. Have you seen an allergist? Sometimes ethnic group are allergic to dairy products and it manifests itself by increasing mucous in your lungs and snout. This can cause trouble breathing etc.. Has your doc preformed pulmonary function tests? All the culmination flow test will show, is how you are at that moment. I have not long been diagnosed w/asthma, but none of the doc's could figure out my problem until I did the carrying out tests.
Instead of your regular doc, try a pulmonologist. They specialize in the lungs and better equipped to tell you what's going on.
I know how the shortness of breath can freak you out. Until two months ago, it feel like every time I ran, or played softball, someone be stepping on my chest. Now that I have the proper medication, I'm fine. Good Luck.and don't give up...apparently mine go undiagnosed for years.
Dear Arei,
I suffered, with asthma like symptoms, for a obedient ten years. Several times, during those years, I came down with pneumonia. I saw a range of doctors, including pulmonologists, and allergists. Asthma, and allergies, were ruled out. Ultimately, I was departed with a diagnosis of ECOPD, given a couple of useless inhalers, and sent on my way, no better than earlier.
During the past two years, against the dire warnings of my doctor, I treated myself beside ephedra and guarana. Now, I breathe better than ever. However, I am not recommending you do the same. Without medical supervision, in attendance are great risks involved.
I do recommend, you find a Chinese Doctor, i.e., one who practices Chinese Medicine. The self treatment, I engaged in, is derived from Chinese Medicine.

Aw sweetie. I'm so sorry you're not sensation well.
Have you looked into the possibility that you're having an anxiety situation? This sounds a bit resembling a panic attack. Are you stressed?
The fact that they haven't be able to pinpoint anything in give or take a few 5 years leads me to think it might be a psychological problem. And stressing roughly speaking not feeling good might be making it worse.
You might want to nick a look at some anti-anxiety therapy...at least it will fashion you feel better in standard, even if it doesn't help the breathing issue!
Good luck, darlin. I hope you feel better soon.
