Spot on my arm... any accepted wisdom...?

I noticed a spot on my arm about a month ago. It is something like the size of an eraser headand slightly square. I am caucasian, white a little tan... still kinda ashy. Just wondering what it could be... I also got a new mole on my other shoulder... It is oval shaped. Really small, but sticks up a touch. I was worried about them unquestionably, but I always think the worst when something is going on.. haha. Thanks adjectives!
