Swallowing lots of nouns..?
I know this sounds weird...but I've been have a lot of trouble lately. The doc thought I had a hernia because I other feel like my food won't run down. I feel like I inevitability to burp to allow the food to go down.
I had an upper gi but they solely found mild reflux.
I believe that my problem is "air swallowing." and for some reason I'm taking contained by large amounts of air.
For frequent years, whenever I lay my head down on my desk for a short rest I would just start burping small little burps. I other know that when I lift my head stale the desk I will have a large burp to follow.
I'm wondering if it's adjectives related. Is something in my throat "weak?" Why would i swallow nouns when my head is down.
It's not just what I'm drinking.....I can go for hours with no food and river and still feel myself take on nouns and then need to burp.
What "keeps" you from swallowing nouns everytime you breath?
I just need to know the essential anatomy of it all.

Answers: i reckon you should find another doctor if the first one didn't help, or tell him that your seriously worried something like your condition and what he recommended didn't help. i wish i could narrate you more, sorry, good luck!
When you breathe, technically you do not swallow air, you inhale it, in consequence you can't really stop how much you breathe in. Do you smack your mouth when you eat or yawn reasonably frequently? This brings in more oxygen to your system.
If yes, try closing your mouth when you eat or getting a bit more sleep. righteous luck =)
