This abnormal inkling inside?

ok, i hope i wont confuse anybody with this situation.

ok i will be lying within bed and i will get really dizzy, like everything inside my lead is spinning around. then i will try to relax and if feels close to every muscle in my body starts to shake, but i control it and it isnt visable if someone is just looking at me. i quality like if i relaxed enough my body would jump into convulsions. its really odd to describe.

at times if feels resembling my brain. my head is going to start shaking violently along beside my whole body.

now, none of this have happened. but that is what i discern like inside of my body/

what is going on?

im 16 yrs old

Answers:    Sounds resembling it could be vertigo, when my friend got it, he said it was kinda approaching what ur describing
