What can incentive sharp chest pains on the right side?
Nothing makes it hurt worse. It just comes and go.

I had a really doomed to failure. pain second rib from the bottem. on my right side. it hurt so bad I could not stand it any more. I took adjectives kinds of pain killer it would not go away. it turned out to be a blood clot . that could have kill me. but then lots of other stuff too. if it stays even with agony killers. you should get checked out. I don't know what cause mine. and the doctors don'
t know either. but if it is a blood clot. Vitamin "K" can make it worse. its within dark green vegies like spinich. and stuff similar to that. you should get checked out if it last hugely long or if it turns into a really bad pain. mine feel really sharp. like a stabbing me. it hurt so bad. I couldn't stop shaking. they have a special name for it because it was between my liver and splean. it still could take out me. but I'm on coumadin for it. so hopefully it will go away.

Turns out that I hold a rare lung disease (sarcoidosis) and that if the doc had done an x-ray he'd see the problem. Luckily, my coughing was enough to be in motion to a lung specialist and get diagnosed or I'd be long gone.
Go to a doctor and sort it out.

It could be pluracy (an infection of the facing in the lung), though if it just fitfully comes and goes then that wouldn't be it.
