What can I do immediately, to prevent the degeneration of my knees joint?

The Doc. says I have arthritis but it isn't unpromising, yet. What do I need to do to stop it getting worse?

Would it bother you if your girlfriend could not guzzle sugar?

Well, it depends on your weight what can be done to prevent the degeneration of your knees. There are a few things you can try that might help, such as. If your a little over shipment, you should try to loose what you can first. (This will help the stress you put on the knee when walking) The subsequent thing to do is, ask your Doctor about the jell drive in between the joints. It's a local injection that is given three times to build the cushion between the bones contained by the knee, to prevent bone on bone. I strongly believe you should discuss this option next to your Doctor. There is no specific answer to this.
My knees were so bad I could almost not walk. I started with
an injection of cortisone over 15 years ago. That help after
a ski accident. The nice doc told me I'd be back. and the shot be just temporary. Of course cortisone is. but it allowed me to move the reciprocated slowly little by little. Then I lost 100 lbs.

Yes they crack a little and make some unnatural sounds but
they are soooooo much better. I bicycle too now. Slow but sure really wins the see for some of us. I also take the Omega 3 fish oil. Just started this more or less a 6 months ago.
Advice from another doctor when I told him my story of the past . If you baby
that knees , eventually it will stiffen more and more and possibly, someday, something will out. Some doctors want to go in and do adjectives types of microsurgery. etc... I say, do your homework and get it moving even a short time ago a little at a time.

Common sense here. If you do something that irritates it,
rear off for now till you receive them going again. Dengeneration
is at all levels and different for adjectives people. Chances are you are not going to be able to afford trunk diagnosis with various doctors. Don't permit the digging begin till you have
done your homework...

Once again, I am no doctor and don't vote that I know everything. But the last doctor who looked at my lower back
said " We achieve old, that's life", there's nothing you can do.
Bull, train yourself... Isn't it amazing how differently you
are treated when a doc finds out you are no longer covered
by health insurance ( for a spell anyway ).

By the way, I'm slowly working on this lower stern thing too.
I overloaded it one day and enjoy been paying for this for
a couple of months now... But I will SURVIVE..

A lot of walking, exercise is helpful like riding a bike. Also within is medication you can take. Make sure you are getting a lot o calcium as powerfully! DONT go jogging especially on strong ground! Swimming is a good idea as it loosens the joint up a bit and cycling as well. Try to keep mobile in need putting too much strain on your kness.

My fingernails are growing but they're super shrill and sometimes bend backwards. How can I cause them thicker?


get a great pair of shoes (some nike ones are especially good). do exercise, and drink some medicine. by taking care you will be reducing so much to worse it ... Don't name-calling them. Go easy on them.
