What do I grain such discomfort so repeatedly?
Hi all,
For most of my life, I've have a sensitive stomach and mild anxiety that causes stomach problems (nausea, lack of appetite, etc.). I'm still struggling next to mild anxiety issues as an adult, unfortunately.
Anyway, sometimes (1-2 a week) after I devour, I feel nauseous and bloated, and largely uncomfortable, even if I don't eat tons of food. Sometimes I shutting down up vomiting, but not often. My stomach just feel upset and nervous for a 2-3 hours. I am a healthy 35-year-old woman next to no health problems. I've been checked for adjectives kinds of problems, all denial. In 2003, I did have h. pylori bacteria, and I be treated with antibiotics for 2-3 weeks. I also had an upper GI try-out which revealed some minor gastritis, probably due to the h. pylori bacterial infection. I was checked for the bacteria again within 2006 and it was negative.
What could be cause this? Anxiety or a GI problem? Appreciate any help/advice you can share. Thank you so much in advance!
Answers: I chew over a lot of it is related to a combination of diet and anxiety. Anxiety can make one discern victimized sometimes it feels as if it comes out of no where. Sometimes we call for to take time and listen to what we are actually worrying almost . You can then record the opposite/or positive thought to that verbs onto paper then influence that to yourself to help reprogram your own brain. Your diet can also play a role and you should look up irritable bowl diets to get suggestion on foods that are smaller number difficult to digest. My stepdaughter and myself have similar struggles like you but hers be so severe at one point she thought she would have to come home from college. They ran a mobile of tests and irritable bowl is what they decided on. She also have mild endometriosis and had horrible migraines in her senior year. Currently at hand is a study at a Florida University on the connection of these diseases/issues to one another. Taking time to reprogram what you are saying to yourself or seeking counsel and afterwards going to a nutritionist may help a lot. Also a food allergy might turn up something too. Best wishes:-)
Could be for a time of both and possibly irritable bowel syndrome. Have you had any counseling for your anxiety disorder? Anxiety has a great affect on your digestive track.
