What is tingling and numbness on your maw mingy?

I feel tingling and numbness on both my lips -only on one side -and it does not move about away.Im over 50 and had migraine before some years not immediately.I have now RA big-hearted of arthrites ? What is it Do i need to see a doctor?

Answers:    GET TO THE ER!!!! Take an asprin right now if you enjoy one but get to the ER. Even if it turns out to be nothing it is better to be not detrimental than sorry. That is one sign of a stroke. Please let someone else drive you.
