What is wrong near me? More than simply seasonal allergies?

I have had an itchy/sore throat for days gone by two weeks, horrible itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, etc. Normally I don't have this unpromising of seasonal allergies. I took allegra, claritin and benadryl allergy on different days and none of them have worked, they usually do. I also have have a runny nose, but also a bloody nose (I get hold of those often though).

Should I see a doctor? Or try a different medicine? Please support!
