Why does Russy (from Run's House) own a hoarse voice?

I was watching the episode where Russy have to write an essay on sportsmanship. He was reading the essay and it seemed approaching he had a problem speaking because his voice was so hoarse. Like he's breathless. Does anyone know why his voice is like that? Or is that just the means of access he talks?

How to take rid of it?


Answers:    it was the first season.i ruminate he just had a raspy voice when he be younger lol season 5 is coming on july 16th at 10!! hehe
