The top inside cog of my calves are SO sore?
I did calf raises about four or five days ago and ever since then the top inside part of the pack of my calves have been so tight and sore. (Even up to the back of my knees). I own never experienced the soreness here before, usually its the middle, larger part of my muscle. I have be stretching i and resting it but it is still so painful. Should I be concerned, should it still be sore after four days?

The cause is because your muscles are firming. And this normal, nothings wrong with you at all.Give them a few days near going to calm down and then do some more l0l.
