lower butt distress is it from basketball (just working my legs and stuff)?

ok ive been doing upper leg workouts and stuff squats and allot other stuff and ever since then i feel this pain in my lower butt its only on one side and it hurts every time i take home a muscle in my upper leg in the back
my request for information is should i rest it or keep training
oh and could it be that im stretching my butt wrong before i play cause im not an exp stretcher
Best Answer: It could be from the squats, i've feel just what your experiencing training for boxing, and i geus its from squats your muscles are just sore , its not good to over work your muscles so you should cut support on training until they get better.
