Will 5 months of drinking hold any long-term side effects any physically or mentally if I quit in a minute?
I don't want to drink at all anymore. Will there be any negative long-term effects any mentally of physically if I stop now?
Heavy drinking.
Some nights 12 beers+
some nights 6
some night none, but normally every couple days at most, ,sometimes I would go 3 or 4 days.
I'm 23.

Quit now and you'll be fine. The liver is the only internal organ that can regenerate, but it's not likely that you did much interrupt in that amount of time anyway. Some people drink like that for decades up to that time it kills them. There are other things that can be damaged of course, because alcohol go wherever blood goes, but it's the liver that takes hardest *-kicking.
