I have been fine recently, but every time I jump to the toilet - My penis BURNS like crazy. I have noticed the principal has swollen up really bad. This has a moment ago happened in the past 30 minutes, literally.
I don't miserable this to be rude, I just want to know why it hurts to the extent of almost making me cry >_<

Check WebMD, I just ran your symptoms myself and it's suggesting either an STD, which you've already ruled out, or a UTI or a kidney infection.
