How do you obtain rid of that groggy mid-day emotion?

You know that feeling of sluggishness you sometimes get during the mid-day, well how do you receive rid of that other than coffee?

This probably sounds like the last entry you'd want to do, but exercise is what usually helps me get out of that midday slump. Even just a short saunter outside or a little bit of weight training can do the trick. Also, drinking a glass of lemon hose sometimes helps me, as does doing deep breathing exercises. hth
