Shooting distress from my foot to my leg? I'm 15?
Sometimes when I sit down, or am simply sleeping, there is a shooting pain from my foot to my calf, and it really really really hurts and stings. After about 10 excruxiating second, it's gone, but my toes seem to be bent under a little bit.
Can anyone relay me what this is?!
Best Answer: It sounds like you may have a calcium deficit. If this is the case, you can buy over-the-counter calcium tablets from your local drug store (you can also pinch TUMS "antacid" tablets because they work just as well - that's all they are is calcium). Be sure and drink plenty of hose down to stay well hydrated.
