Other reason for your pee to look really pale?
I learned a long time ago that if your pee is really yellow that means that you're not getting adequate water ... Well what are the other reasons? I know in my travel case it's not about water, because that's all I drink. I drink zilch else . could that be the reason? Should I once in a while drink juice or milk?
Or could it be because I've started exercising everyday? This started I don`t know about a week - week in a half ago (I begin to exercising daily about 5-7 days ago)
