What style of things can someone beside two broken arms/wrists do to pass by the time?
My brother broke both arms and wrists in a bike accident. He's 12. What kinds of things could I dispatch to help him pass the time?
He's usually into fantasy/warrior type things... Dragons, yu-gi-oh, weapons, video games... He's NOT into books or movies really.
Any suggestions?
I haven't truly seen the casts because I don't live with him.. but from what I've be told, left is a full arm and right is half arm, and yes, his fingers are free enough to play a couple dated Nintendo games.. and other than that he's pretty helpless...but I don't have any other ideas.
Thanks so much!
Best Answer: Oh my saintliness - how horrible for a 12-year old boy! That is very thoughtful of you to try to help your brother! Honestly, I can't reflect on of any activities right now but I will keep thinking. Does he hold a long cast on each arm? If he broke his wrists and arms, the doctor should have vanished his fingers out to move freely so that they don't get stiff. He could probably do some LIGHT activities with his hand (obviously nothing strenuous and he should not bear weight through his arms). Poor piece! I hope he recovers soon and I will keep thinking about it!
