it huurts to walk sometimes and when i go to the bathroom it just mke me dive, what is this? ive never had it this long.

I slammed my mitt surrounded by my cardoor yesterday. Some knuckles swollen and hurts to use, could it be broken?
There is some (not much) bruising around my index finger's bottom knuckle. It's swollen up to the point the knuckle and swelling are about the same height. I hold skinny fingers so it's pretty noticable.
