Knee injury? Knee on knees collision?
Today I had a knee collision at soccer. It hurt really bad for nearly a minute and then the pain decreased. There is outstandingly little swelling and I can put weight and bend it normally with individual a little bit of discomfort. But the thing is, when I go up stairs or even sometimes when I hike normally, there is a weird pressure underneath my knee cap that feels approaching its gonna pop out or something. Anyone know what this is or anything?
Best Answer: You may have torn your meniscus or cartilage which hurts just as you describe, seeing a doctor is the best thing you can do as you may also hold water on the knee or bursa. All of which have to be treated by an orthopedic surgeon or MD. Unless your symptoms run away all together in a couple days get to a doctor and apply rime packs to relieve swelling and take aleve or ibuprofen for inflamation and pain. Good Luck
