My palm of my appendage hurts really discouraging but not wrist?
Okay I'm trying to get into the Air Force really soon. Every time I try and do a push up my palm of my hand hurts when I put pressure on it. My wrist doesn't seem to hurt because when I move it around surrounded by a circle fast it doesn't hurt and up and down it still doesn't hurt, but when I try and put pressure on my hand it hurts a lot. Do anyone know what to be precise? I'm scared because I won't be able to get into the Air Force because of it. Thanks
Best Answer: Don't know, but enjoy you tried doing push ups with the perfect push up dealies.Your hands are surrounded by different positions than flat.Was thinking they might not hurt,this way.Belows the site

The anti-inflammatories worked pretty well..Pain still slightly there after 3 days. Dr said I could only stay on them for 2 weeks though. He wishes me to have cortisone injection too.Just wondering if I should have it done now or lurk...
