it take ages for me to seize to sleep why? and how can i fix it?
i am 13 and when i try to go to sleep at night i spend 3 hours rolling over and just one awake for every night its really annoying ive got an expensive big and comfortable bed so i don't think its my bed that's doing it

Turn past its sell-by date all lights, and if you must play music, play soft music under 80 beats per minute. If you find that you cannot draw from to sleep still, get up and get out of the room. Do something else. In thirty minutes, repeat the same ritual that I enjoy stated above and lie down in bed. Repeat the process until you go to sleep. The first few night will be the hardest, but once you have a routine you'll be able to go to sleep at the drop of a head covering.
