What does "dilated small bowel loops" connote?

I had a barium follow through test done and the conclusion was this above and that I own a "functional issue" with my small intestine. What does that mean? Thanks.
Ummm...of course I already saw the doctor. They don't influence much here. I'm not asking for any kind of DIAGNOSIS...just a bit more information about what he already told me MEANS. It's nearly impossible to draw from to the doctor's office because I don't have any means of transportation and don't enjoy 500 Rs every time I want to go and ask a question...so I thought someone might know what this means. That's adjectives.
