Did I resembling hurt my posterior really doomed to failure or is it zilch serious?

Today I was at practice. While blocking, my upper body was bending back, after my back like locked. NOw it hurts when I move around in my rear legs. Will it get better or what do you think it is? Thanks.
Best Answer: Give yourself 2-3 days. It seems close to a normal passing back twinge. Nothing to be serious about. Probably do a bit of warmup exercises before you do upper body moves during practice. My hunch is that you'll be fine. But do visit a doctor if your final pain aggravates after a week or so.
