I choked yesterday and since it hurts when I sneeze through my chest and support and arms!?
What can I do? What DID I do? I've choked before, but NOTHING like this! I've sneezed 3 times and coughed a few times and it feels approaching... I cant really explain it! Like my chest, shoulders and upper back are being waxed and pricked beside pins at the same time. Then it gets hot and irritated for a while. What the heck did I do? will this go away? It hurts approaching nothing I've felt before and it feel like its veins or on lines accross these areas. ?!?!?!?!?!
Best Answer: I get similar misery when I sneeze sometimes and it concerned me enough to ask an Nurse. She told me that sometimes when you sneeze the action causes nerves to be pinched contained by your neck. One thing I do which I find helps is to not restrict the sneeze contained by any way, try and relax when you know you're going to. Sounds crazy I know but having less tight muscles actually stops feeling like I own fire in my veins every time I sneeze!
