do anyone know of any over the counter arthritis medicine that work economically?
hey everybody,can anyone give me some names to some over the counter medicines for arthritis that works capably? my mom has a touch of arthritis in one of her knees that's been giving her trouble and she wants a little relief before her doctors appointment .if anyone can assist us out about this we would greatly appreciate it thanks a lot
Best Answer: you stipulation to be careful when taking anti-inflammatory medication, prescribed or over the counter. one that is quite very well known and over the counter is ibuprofen however if your mother has any sort of reflux problems it should not be taken or if taken only for a exceedingly short time as it can cause greater problems. there are, fortunately for me (i have Barrett's esophagitis) some prescribed medication in a minute which are suitable for short term use and that is Celebrex. the other option might be to be in motion to a health food shop, or similar, and see if they can recommend anything for the short term. as someone else said you need to mind that it does not interfere with any medication you mum is on at the moment and only a doctor will be able to form this decision. arthritic pain is horrible. i wish your mum luck near finding something that will help.
