my wrist keep on clicking?
Everytime I move my wrist it clicks (so does under my right toe) and its my guitar hand. And it kills after I play guitar. I do heat up up before I play... What is it and how can I make it better? :(
Are there any exercises I can do to correct it?
Best Answer: its one of two things, any ligament laxity (weak ligaments) or a tendon snapping over a joint (in which crust you have tight forearm muscles) stretch out the muscles and strengthen them up.
