Pinched rudeness? Hard to breath...?

I am very physically fit but I think I pinched a nerve. It is not a muscle. Its within the neck/shoulder area. It seems to move a bit- from my neck to my upper arm and contained by between. The pain of the nerve seems to be convalescing but when I workout- mainly cardio- it is hard for me to breath. It doesn't hurt my chest to breath, I just can't give the impression of being to breath like normal. I'm almost gasping for air when I generally have know problem controlling my breath. Is the nerve related to my breathing?
Best Answer: Your nerves do play a big role in your breath control, and a "pinched" audacity may have breathing symptoms. There are nerves in the base of your collar that affect breathing. I guess the answer is it might be. I would recommend seeing a chiropractor to get that checked out. A chiropractor will be able to determine what if any nerve might be affecting your breathing. He'll also know how to treat the root cause of the "pinching."
