Help, make on my disappeared paw for 3 weeks looking for answers?

I've broken a bone in my left hand and will hold a cast on my arm for 3 weeks. I was wondering what exercises i could do for not losing any strength and muscle that I don't have to. I be also wondering what foods to eat for a speedy recovery?
