Short, stabbing pains around my heart nouns.?
Can anyone help me. I've had it for as long as I can remember and i'm 12. It goes for a few days, but comes spinal column and have a couple in a few seconds. Can anyone sustain me?
Best Answer: From time to time I have similar problems. My doctor has advised me that if it is a short stabbing affliction it is more than likely a muscular problem in the area around your heart or chest. For peace of mind see you doctor

I own this too! It sounds like intercostal muscle pain too me. Intercostal muscles are the muscles between each rib.When one is sprained, when you breath within, you get a raw stabbing pain within the chest. Mine also comes and goes i try paracetamol and ibuprofen help calm it abit but apart from that short, shallow breathes as it pass ( as i find it's difficult to take a deep breathe and really painful) and one it has passed give somebody a lift a big deep breathe and it should pass with smoothness. Also this sounds odd but walm milk before bed makes me consistency better? It might just be in my head but its surely worth a try? apt luck xxx
