Why do i carry lightheaded?
i tend to get lightheaded when im outside doing activities or working when its hot like 90 degree. i was just wondering why it does this because i tend to have to sit down or cool beforehand most my other friends. is there anyway to help stop this?

It is that woozy feeling that is such a adjectives part of flu or cold syndrome. Lightheadedness that isn't associated with other symptoms is usually not serious either. Many relations with the condition are tense or anxious. Others have low blood pressure and regularly have a feeling lightheaded when standing up suddenly. This is called "postural hypotension" and doesn't require treatment. If lightheadedness is associated with the use of drugs, the doctor should be contacted to determine if the drugs should be discontinued. And good luck.
