elbow locks. what could it be?
it's not very big or anything, but when i am holding something and set it down my elbow kind of locks and i have to bring it up and next it releases and i can extend it fully. It happens when I'm not holding things too, like moving my arm when about to sleep and I hear a crack surrounded by my elbow. It's not severe pain but it is very irritating. What do you think it is? I don't play sports,and it's be going on for about 6months now
